Buffalo Meatball Appetizers


  • 1 pound Buffalo Ground Meat
  • 1 cup bread crumbs, with Italian Spices
  • 1/3 cup graded parmesan cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Fine Diced Onions
  • 4 cloves Garlic pressed or fine diced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Heat Ketchup and sugar until sugar is dissolved Mix meats, eggs, cheese and bread crumbs. Add Onions, Garlic, Salt Pepper, and Sauce Form into 2 inch round balls and place on baking pan linned with foil. Bake meatballs at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
