You will need to turn your travel advance form in before your flight can be approved through Dakota Travel. After your form is turned in you may then call Dakota Travel at 1-800-445-2095 to make flight arrangements. ITBC has a block of rooms reserved and we cover all travel costs for either: the ITBC Representative and if they are unable to attend for any reason then we would cover all travel costs for the ITBC Alternate to take their place.

In particular, Native communities are interested in knowing which traditional foods are allowed and how these foods may contribute towards a reimbursable meal.
